💻 Cancellation & Refund Policy (For Web Development Services)

As Bhavik Andani, I believe in maintaining transparency and ensuring customer satisfaction. My policy is designed to address cancellations and refunds fairly, considering the time and resources invested in your project.

❌ Project Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests will be considered only if the request is made within 3-5 days of placing the order (making the initial payment).

  • Work Commenced: However, the cancellation request may not be fully entertained if the development work, planning, and resource allocation (such as purchasing themes, plugins, or allocating developer time) have already been initiated.

  • Non-Cancellation Services: Once a project milestone (e.g., Wireframing, Initial Design Mockup, Development Phase Start) has been approved by the client or the project is nearing completion, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted as the majority of the service has been delivered or rendered.

💰 Refund Policy

All refunds will be assessed based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:
