  • Project Kick-off and Timeline:

    • The project officially begins (the “Project Kick-off”) within 3-5 business days of receiving both the confirmed order and the initial payment/deposit, or as otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order confirmation.

    • During this period, we will schedule the initial consultation, gather necessary assets, and set up the project development environment.

  • Estimated Delivery/Completion Timeline:

    The estimated completion date will be communicated in the project proposal or or during the order confirmation process. Timelines may vary based on:

    • Client responsiveness

    • Timely delivery of content/assets

    • Complexity and scope of work

    • Any requested changes during development

    Any changes in scope may affect both cost and delivery timeline.

  • Delays and Accountability:

    • Bhavik Andani is dedicated to meeting agreed-upon deadlines. However, the final delivery of the complete website or service package relies heavily on the client’s timely review, feedback, and delivery of necessary content (images, text, login credentials, etc.).

    • Bhavik Andani is not liable for any project delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, content, or feedback within the agreed-upon timeframe. We guarantee to complete our committed development tasks as per the project schedule.

  • Service Delivery Confirmation:

    • The successful delivery and completion of the service (e.g., the website going live, handover of development files, completion of a milestone) will be confirmed via a “Project Completion” email sent to the client’s email address specified during registration or the primary contact email used for the project.

  • Project Handover/Location: Delivery of the completed service is typically to a specified web hosting environment (provided by the client) or via electronic delivery of files, as discussed during the project planning phase.
